A Heartfelt Thank You and Announcement of Our Reopening

Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you very much for your continued support of Tea Ceremony Workshop “Komurasaki An.” This is Aki and Naoko.
We are delighted to share the news that we will be officially resuming our tea ceremony workshops.
Earlier this year, both of us had to take a temporary leave due to health reasons. Aki underwent a gallbladder removal surgery in January and was hospitalized for two months due to medication complications. In February, Naoko suffered a stroke and spent three months focusing on her recovery and rehabilitation.
We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the guests whose reservations were affected by our sudden hospitalizations. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
During our time in the hospital, we received numerous heartwarming messages from our past guests worldwide. Your kindness gave us immense strength and encouraged us throughout our journey to recovery. We are truly grateful for your warmth.

Although we are still on our way to a full recovery, our shared passion—to share the spirit of the tea ceremony and connect deeply with people from around the globe—remains stronger than ever. Therefore, we have decided to gradually reopen our workshop starting this August.
While we will be operating with a limited schedule for the time being to prioritize our health, we look forward to welcoming you with open arms. Naoko and I are fully committed to providing you with the finest hospitality, embracing the spirit of Ichigo Ichie (once-in-a-lifetime encounters).
Thank you for your kind understanding and continued patronage.
Sincerely,
Aki & Naoko Komurasaki An
